DWB originally started in 1983 as the "Doctor Who Bulletin", but was branding itself as "DWB" for legal reasons.
From issue 62 onwards the name of the magazine was changed to "Dream Watch Bulletin", to avoid any legal issues with the BBC and any official magazines.
The magazine continued to issue 130 when Titan bought it in 1994 and changed the name to DREAMWATCH as it was covering more than just Doctor Who.
