About this title:
Jim Mortimore published his final draft of the novel Campaign, which had been commissioned by BBC Books for the Past Doctor Adventures range but was rejected for deviating too far from the original synopsis given.
This is the only BBC Doctor Who novel not to be published to the best of my knowledge.
